Received his CPA license in 1993. Worked as Vice President and CFO/Controller in the mining industries and real estate appraisal service. Joined our accounting practice in 1989. Specializes in clients in a variety of industries including retail, mining, construction, transportation, and professional services. Latest consulting project included setting up a test market retail cart operation for 17 kiosks located in malls in Colorado and Utah selling custom dolls over the Christmas season. |

 Diane K. Smith Graduated from Colorado State University in 1977 with a triple major in Marketing, Accounting, and Business Administration. Received her CPA license in 1982. Worked as Manager of the Emerging Business group for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Denver from 1979 to 1985. Opened her own accounting practice in 1986. Worked as Vice President and Controller/CFO for several fast paced, turnaround, manufacturing companies from 1989 to 2002. These companies specialized in the computer hardware industry, custom weighing and filling systems, mobile vending carts, and catalog and retail custom dolls . Specializes in assisting small growing entrepreneurs with planning their financial futures. We strive to structure their financial transactions to maximize tax savings. Assists clients with entity selection, budgeting, loan packages, and tax planning. |
